It is all about Love & the Connections it creates.

Who doesn’t love the feeling of falling in love? It is such a great sensation!!! Yet, usually a temporary one, unless you make the work necessary to remain in a place of love and just BE in love constantly.

When we are in love, we usually tend to see only the best of someone, and feel great in their presence; while at the same time we feel validated/recognized/seen. In such a powerful emotional state, we are constantly happy, smile more, become kinder, more understanding and more compassionate! Such a great place to be! Well, in my personal opinion, that is the state I would love to be in most of the time if not 100% of the time, yet, how can you remain in love for extended periods of time and most importantly especially if you are not in a romantic relationship?

The connection begins with you, because the truth is that you already have within you everything needed to be happy; the key to any everlasting loving relationship begins with you and your capacity to love yourself. Setting time aside to come to your breath, to get in touch with your thoughts and emotions are all the key to cultivate self love. By working on the ability to stay fully connected to you and nurture yourself; you will  automatically find how much easier it is to create & maintain connections with people in your life.

Being in Love is not just a temporary condition, dependant of anyone else outside yourself. It is the essence of life itself. From a deep place of love and connection within yourself you will make stronger connections with family & friends, and from the sense of belonging that comes with the shared love experience in community comes healing and growth as we feel supported in our personal processes  and help each other along our life paths.

So, make the work necessary to fall in Love with YOU and remain in a state of Love. See the best of you, recognize your greatness. Remain in touch with your presence/ Inner self. Do things that make you happy, whatever it is: spend time in nature, watch movies, listen to music, go running, enjoy a work of art; by doing this you will fall back in love with life, with the world, just like you were when you were a child. You will tap into a source of inner happiness completely independent of anything outside of yourself and you will automatically start to smile more, be kinder, more compassionate and understanding, hence extending YOUR Love out to everyone around you, in every interaction and relationship.

Live a life you love, connect to the healing power of your loving heart, for you are the embodied expression of love and that is the key to anything and everything that endures.

I leave you with one of my favorite quotes from the Movie “Love Actually” – Much Love!-  Farrah

“Whenever I get gloomy with the state of the world, I think about the arrivals gate at Heathrow Airport. General opinion’s starting to make out that we live in a world of hatred and greed, but I don’t see that. It seems to me that love is everywhere. Often, it’s not particularly dignified or newsworthy, but it’s always there – fathers and sons, mothers and daughters, husbands and wives, boyfriends, girlfriends, old friends. When the planes hit the Twin Towers, as far as I know, none of the phone calls from the people on board were messages of hate or revenge – they were all messages of love. If you look for it, I’ve got a sneaking suspicion… love actually is all around”
